Oolong teas are perhaps the most unique and complex of the different types of teas. These teas are partially oxidized and the tea master must carefully consider the quality of the tea leaves and the weather conditions when determining when to stop the oxidation process. The resulting tea can tend towards a green tea or a black tea, or anywhere in between! Oolong teas can be enjoyed through multiple infusions, each infusion with subtly different flavors and strength.
