- BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: For Oolong tea bring freshly drawn cold water to a boil. Let the water come off the boil for a moment. Chose your method of straining leaves, (t-sacs, tea ball or brewing basket) and add desired quantity of loose-tea. Infuse with the:
- TEA STENGTH: Oolong tea unfurls and blooms in to a large heap. Use less that a teaspoon to begin. Find the right strength for you and you will have an amazing tea:
- STEEPING: Let steep 1 to 3 minutes to taste and decant (remove the leaves) put the leaves to the side to wait for the 2nd & 3rd infusion.:
